I write to inform your customer base that your Ken Muggli provided truly commendable expert and courteous professional advice with regard to my recent purchase of a replacement movement for my Sligh grandfather clock (c. 1987). (see attached photo of clock fully re-assembled with the new movement installed). Our back & forth discussions and my purchase took place primarily via the company's Internet web site and e-mail.

Hello Ken,

I am contacting you to express my pleasure your excellent service. I orderd a Kieninger RWS13 on Monday, November 13th. and recieved it on Thursday 16th. It was a direct replacement as you stated.

It took me a little over an hour to install it and about another to adjust hammers and chimes.

I am most happy with your help and information. And best of all I saved a lot of money.

Good morning Ken,

This is Bruce writing. I think I have everything working properly on the clock as of this morning. Worked on it most of the day yesterday. Didn't get the hammers adjusted just right for the hourly striking yesterday, but this morning just prior to 8 AM, made another adjustment. It seems to be working just fine now. We are both happy about it working again. After 20 some years of having it 'Bong" and then a few months of it not working because we had just shut it down, it is nice to hear it again. Thanks for all your help and great service. We would certainly recommend you to any one else.

Now, we have a Kundo Anniversary clock that we purchased in England back in the very early 60's. It hasn't worked in years, and is just sitting on a shelf in a closet. We had a local clock person look at it once, he said he couldn't fix it. I think it has to do with the wire that holds the balls that turn back and forth is stretched or something. One of these days we need to get it working again. We bought it for our 3rd or 4th anniversary and we are about to celebrate our 50th.
